3. Service Overview

MagicTeams AI enables users to purchase voice credits and use AI-powered calls, subject to Indian law, RBI regulations, and payment processor rules.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are fully responsible for all content, legality, and consequences of calls made via MagicTeams AI.

• You must comply with all telecom, privacy, consent, and recording laws.

• You must not:

  • Use our platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory purposes.

  • Impersonate others without permission.

  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).

    
    

5. Payment Terms

• Credits: Sold on a prepaid basis, deducted per usage.

• Subscriptions: Renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

• Cancellation: Can be done anytime via your dashboard or customer support.

• Pricing & Taxes: All applicable taxes included unless stated.

• Payment Methods: Accepted modes via Stripe and other approved processors, subject to validation.

• Disputes: Report erroneous charges immediately to support.

  
  

6. Refund Policy & Timelines

• Eligibility: Refunds available only for unused credits within validity. Used or expired credits are ineligible.

• Refund Processing: Approval and initiation within 7-14 business days of request.

• Stripe Timeline: Once processed, expect funds in your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Notification: You will receive email updates regarding approval and refund status.

  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All software, trademarks, data, and content are owned by Saphaare Labs Private Limited or licensors.

• Users receive limited, non-transferable use rights.

• No reproduction, distribution, modification, disassembly, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works unless expressly allowed.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saphaare Labs Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• Misuse of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

18. Termination Clause

• We may suspend/terminate accounts with or without notice for breach of Terms or law.

• Upon termination, all credits/entitlements may be forfeited and we may retain essential data as per law.
